On this episode of The Classic Hits Show Broadcast live on Liffey Sound 96.4FM on 8th May 2026 we had a live in studio performance from and interview with the super talented Galway singer songwriter and musician Sara Gerdine.

On the show Sara sang a few of her own original songs live in studio and it was a super fun show full of craic agus ceol with chats about songwriting, singing, gigs etc😀🎶

Also, Irish singer songwriter Paul Luby chatted to us live over the phone from Australia to talk all about singing church songs at his pub gigs and about his own music releases and more. It was a great chat with Paul all about Music, gigs and more.

Thanks to Sara for coming into studio and to Paul for joining us live over the phone from Australia🙏😀🔥🎶 it was a great fun show.

Also, I played some super party hits to kick start the weekend including music from Irish rapper/singer songwriter from Meath Lucas Jalee and a track from Galway DJ Lee Moran and music from Offaly singer songwriter Paul Luby now based in Australia who spoke to me live on the show from Australia. 😀
